SEVENTEEN RAVE DAYS

Description: SEVENTEEN RAVE DAYS is a photo zine featuring original film photography shot at Adhana Festival in Morretes, Brazil (2026), and at Woodstock + Tríade Trance Festival in São Paulo (2023). Alongside the images, the zine brings Portuguese translations of texts from 1980s and 1990s rave zines from Canada, the United States and Europe, recontextualized for today’s Brazilian rave scene and placing the two moments in dialogue across decades and continents. It also includes personal writing drawn from my own experiences on the dancefloor, along with hand-made illustrations and stencil art. Part memoir, part historical record, it documents some good raving days.
