Description: Making darkprog, psytrance, dubstep, and other trippy genres of music.
Bio: dubstep + Fibonacci = dubonacci The Fibonacci spiral is a form of fractal. A number added to itself iteratively outlines a curve which repeats its shape infinitely. I take a similar fractal approach with dubstep. Iterating on concepts from the root genre of Jamaican dub, I repeat, double, distort, and warp source material. This results in a final product which is at first unrecognizable. Ultimately, I find striking similarities between the final product and the source material. I apply this concept to all the music I make. I am also heavily inspired by jazz, funk, blues, and alternative rock. When I'm not producing music, you'll hear me spinning dubstep, riddim, triphop, dnb, psytrance, and any other bass music that tickles my ears. I have synesthesia. Through my visuals, I aim to convey the way that I see sound. I synthesize the majority of my sounds. I do mixing and mastering. I make my own cover art, visuals, and overlays.
