Description: Biit Me Record Store is an independent record shop and meeting point for music culture in Tallinn, Estonia, founded by DJ and music enthusiast Madis Nestor in 2009. With its roots in DJ culture and a lifelong obsession with digging for records, Biit Me has always looked beyond genres, connecting electronic music, house, techno, jungle, ambient and experimental sounds with jazz, soul, funk, reggae, psychedelic music and whatever else deserves to be heard. Over the years, Biit Me has become a small but persistent part of Tallinn’s independent music scene — a place for discovering records, exchanging recommendations and keeping physical music culture alive. Alongside running the shop, Madis has been DJing since the 1990s and hosts the weekly Biit Me Up show on Tallinn’s IDA Radio. At its heart, Biit Me is still about the same simple idea: good music, physical records and the people who keep searching for them.
